I’ve read a few NDE books, but her account feels different—the way she ties consciousness to life’s purpose really stuck with me. Finished it in two sittings, and I still keep thinking about the freedom she describes.
I went in skeptical about near-death accounts, but her description of consciousness without a body really made me stop and think. The middle chapters dragged a bit for me, yet the final section on purpose stuck with me for days.
